Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: 

Please allow 2 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 2 business days to let you know your order is on the way! 

 

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information. 

 

Orders are generally shipped within 2 business days using USPS delivery standard is 3  - 7 days.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

We offer free shipping in orders over $50, only valid in domestic orders (USA).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: 

We offer international shipping to all the countries. 

 

If you’re using calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  

 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Mexican Heart is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
